hp-soulmates has opened claiming for HP Soulmates Fest, an anonymous prompt-based fest focusing on soulmates and soul bonds. This fest accepts fics, arts and podfics. Self-prompting is allowed.

Fic claims are capped at 50. There is no cap for art and podfic.
