RS Fix It Fest Sign-up Extended to the End of April

fixitfest's RS Fix It Fest (Remus/Sirius) has announced that it will extend the sign-up period in case more people would like to join. Sign-up will now stay open until the end of the month.

New Timeline:
Sign-up Opens: April 12
Sign-up Ends: End of April *EXTENDED*
Final Works Due: July 11
Posting Begins: July 19
