Assignments will be sent out by: August 1

Sign-up opens on July 23 (9AM EDT | 2PM BST), and it will end on July 29 (6PM EDT | 11PM BST). Sign-up will take place on Dreamwidth at hd_erised.

The number of writers who can participate in this fest is capped at 35, and it is on a first come, first serve basis. There will be no cap to the number of artists.

The template for the sign-up forms is available at hd_erised. There are two sign-up forms, one for writers and one for artists. Please note that the sign-up form for this year is different from previous year.

Anonymous sign-up is enabled on Dreamwidth, so you can sign up for the fest without a DW account. However, once you have posted your anonymous comment, you will not be able to edit it.
