Sign Ups Start: May 15th and will run until November 1st (Anyone can join at any time)
First Roll: June 3rd
Last Roll: November 25th
Tentative End Date: November 30th (All stories must be submitted to the collection at this time)
Rolls will typically occur on Saturdays between June 2nd and November 25th
Participants can request a midweek roll to be rolled on Wednesdays as needed

Fest Name: Draco's Den Bingo 2022

Description: Draco's Den Bingo is a personalized writing event hosted by Draco's Den on Facebook. Each participant will have a separate Bingo Card tailored to their Slytherin writing preferences. Sign-Ups happen during the month of March. This event is not judged but rather a fun personal challenge for anyone involved. Open Sign Ups begin in May.
Ratings restrictions: All ratings allowed, as long as the story/art is rated
Length restrictions: Miniumum of 5 squares completed, Recommended 10k max word count - not a hard maximum
Timeline:
Initial Sign Ups Open: February 27th (March 1st)
Initial Sign ups Close: March 7th
Bingo Cards Sent By: March 15th
Deadline for Requesting Changes to Your Bingo Card: March 19th
Updated/Modified Bingo Cards Issued By: March 25th
Final Content Confirmation Forms Due: February 22nd, 2023 by 9pm EST
Final Master Posts shared to Group: February 25th, 2023
Cross-posting allowed: February 28th, 2023

If you request changes to the content on your card, you must wait until you receive your new card to begin.

Please Note: There will be OPEN SIGN-UPs for #DenBingo22 this year beginning on April 1st. So, if you do not wish to sign-up at this time, you may do so later. OPEN SIGN-UPs will follow the following schedule:

Draco's Den is a canon Slytherin-centric, members-only group on Facebook. The community focuses on all canon Slytherins. Any pairing that includes at least one canon Slytherin is welcome, including crossovers.

The group regularly run challenges and events; most of their challenges are writing challenges. Their most recent event is the "Half-Blood Prince Drabble Elimination Challenge". If you would like to participate in any of their future challenges or events, please join the group on Facebook.
